Apply Now: Bank Frick Offers Scholarship for Blockchain and FinTech Programmes
Bank Frick, in collaboration with the University of Liechtenstein, is offering a scholarship for the Certificate Programme in Blockchain and FinTech (ZS) or the CAS in Blockchain and FinTech. The application deadline is 1 June 2026, and the programme starts on 27 August 2026.
The University of Liechtenstein developed these programmes at the initiative of Bank Frick. They provide practical knowledge on the technological transformation of financial systems.
Students will learn how interconnected systems influence new business models and value chains. The programmes offer a comprehensive overview of technological, legal, and tax-related aspects. Teaching is conducted in German. Further information is available at uni.li/cas-blockchain.
Application and Selection
Anyone interested in blockchain technology, innovative business models, and the crypto-finance sector can apply via email at bankfrick.stipendium [at] uni.li (bankfrick[dot]stipendium[at]uni[dot]li).
A motivation letter (max. 300 words) and a one-page CV are required. The application deadline is 1 June 2026, 24:00.
Applicants who meet the entry requirements can choose between the ZS in Blockchain and FinTech and the CAS in Blockchain and FinTech. A completed university degree is required for the CAS. The CAS also includes a written final paper (2 ECTS, approx. 60 hours of work) and different examination tasks.
Comprehensive Support from Bank Frick
The scholarship covers the full tuition fees: CHF 9,200 for the ZS in Blockchain and FinTech and CHF 10,900 for the CAS in Blockchain and FinTech. The programme management thanks Bank Frick for this generous support.
Terms of Participation and Data Protection
The scholarship covers tuition fees only; travel and accommodation costs or fees for exam retakes are not included. Applications will be considered until 1 June 2026, 24:00. The University of Liechtenstein and Bank Frick decide on the award, and there is no legal recourse.
No correspondence will be entered into regarding the award. The scholarship is non-transferable and cannot be paid out in cash. Recipients agree to participate in promotional activities for Bank Frick and the University of Liechtenstein and to sign a consent form for the publication of images and videos. Data of unsuccessful applicants will be deleted after the scholarship has been awarded.
