Dr Mario Frick has been the Chairman of the Board of Directors at Bank Frick since 2008 and co-owner of a law firm since 2002. In 1993, at the age of 28, he became the then world’s youngest elected head of government. He served as the Prime Minister of the Principality of Liechtenstein until 2001. From 2005 to 2014, he was also the President of the Liechtenstein Chamber of Lawyers.
Rolf Jermann has been a member of the Bank’s Board of Directors since 2016. The established credit and strategy expert has been a self-employed strategy consultant since 2015. He was previously head of the Credit division at VP Bank in Liechtenstein, where he was responsible for the group’s entire credit business.
Marianne Müller has been a Member of the Board of Directors at Bank Frick since May 2022. A qualified auditor, she has many years’ experience auditing banks in Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Alongside her experience, she brings with her to the bank her in-depth expertise in regulation, compliance, risk management and financial market supervision.
Edi Wögerer has headed Bank Frick’s operational business since 2014. He is also responsible for the business units Management Services, Marketing and Products, Banking Solutions and Client Relationship Management. He has worked for the bank since 2000 and been a Member of the Management Board since 2010. He also sits on the Board of the Liechtenstein Bankers Association.
Michael Dolzer has been the Chief Operating Officer and a Member of the Management Board of Bank Frick since 2019. In this role, he is responsible for Banking Operations. He began his career at Bank Frick in 2012 in what was then the IT department.
Melanie Mündle has been a Member of the Management Board since 2018. She is responsible for the business units Human Resources, Business Technologies, Business Transformation, Finance and Legal, Risk and Compliance. A Swiss certified expert in accounting and controlling, she previously headed the bank’s Finance department. Melanie Mündle began her career at Bank Frick in 2006.
