Bank Frick expands its Board of Directors with Marzia Thüring-Menegon
At the proposal of the Chair of the Board of Directors, Dr Mario Frick, the Annual General Meeting of Bank Frick appointed an additional board member. With Marzia Thüring-Menegon, the Bank gains the Board of Directors’ preferred candidate, who will reinforce the strategic direction with her experience particularly in payment transactions, IT and transformation.
Marzia Thüring-Menegon has more than 25 years of experience in the European financial industry – including in leadership positions at Julius Bär and UBS as well as in strategy consulting at McKinsey & Company. She possesses in-depth expertise in business transformation, banking operations, digitalisation and in product and innovation management. Marzia Thüring-Menegon will provide targeted support towards the strategic goals of Bank Frick, particularly through the development of innovative products.

Extensive career at Julius Bär AG and UBS AG
Thüring-Menegon worked at Julius Bär from 2018 to 2025, most recently as Global Head of Banking Operations. In this position, she was responsible for central operating units as well as managed and developed the global operating model. She previously bore responsibility for the business transformation of the bank with a special focus on digital client processes, data and the implementation of regulatory requirements. She held several positions at UBS Wealth Management from 2003 to 2018.
Moreover, she was a member of the Board of Directors of UBS International Life and UBS Global Life. Thüring-Menegon is joining the Board of Directors of Bank Frick to serve alongside Mario Frick, Rolf Jermann and Marianne Müller.
