What is the VBAN?
VBAN stands for “virtual bank account number”. Behind each VBAN is a unique, system generated IBAN that is permanently linked to a real IBAN (your reference account at Bank Frick).
If your organisation receives a payment on one of these VBANs, our system will automatically map it in real-time and credit the amount to your reference account. At the same time, the VBAN information is transmitted to your systems, allowing you to immediately assign the payment to the correct end client or process.
The entire service runs in an API-based environment. New VBANs can be generated, managed and deactivated in real time as needed.
