MiFID II – protection for investors

The revised EU Markets in Financial Instruments Directive (MiFID II) and the accompanying regulations came into force on 3 January 2018.

The focus of MiFID II is on providing stronger protection for investors, stricter rules for digital communication and increasing disclosure obligations, in particular regarding costs, commissions and security transactions.

We recommend several documents should you want to find out more about MiFID II and the relevant Bank Frick regulations. You find them here.

Upon request, we can also send print versions of these documents by post. We will be happy to answer any questions you may have.

Should you be dissatisfied with one of our services despite our best efforts, you can either get in touch with your personal advisor or contact the Bank‘s Complaints Office directly via e-mail beschwerde [at] bankfrick.li.
