Focus on Crypto-Assets: New FINMA Requirements for Asset Managers
The Swiss FINMA has clarified its requirements for the custody of crypto-assets by asset managers. Foreign custodians are only permitted if they provide bankruptcy protection equivalent to Swiss regulations.
